Biography

Tracey has been the Field Crop Entomologist with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs for more than 17 years.  Her recent areas of focus include research and extension work on western bean cutworm, cover crops and pest interactions and monitoring for a new invasive pest, brown marmorated stink bug. A major portion of her time is currently spent helping to develop a national plant health strategy and addressing the issue around neonicotinoids and strengthening Best Management Practices to mitigate this risk.
