Alex Barrie

Alex is a mechanical engineer with a background agriculture and equipment. He has worked on compaction research evaluating how tires and vehicle loads interact with soils. His current focus is working to integrate soil health BMPs into a whole system approach to combine equipment selection and maintenance with agronomic practices. He holds and Master’s degree in mechanical engineering where he studied operator comfort and vibration control for off-road vehicles.
