Quirine Ketterings

Quirine Ketterings is a Professor at Cornell University working in Nutrient Management in Agricultural Systems. She leads the Nutrient Management Spear Program. She received a M.Sc. degree in Soil and Water from Wageningen University and Research Center in the Netherlands and a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from Ohio State University. Dr. Ketterings interests include whole-farm nutrient management for dairy operations, the use of manure and compost for fertility management, fertilizer guidelines for yield and quality of field crops, and indicators of environmental impact of nutrient management practices.
